RMA Request
To process a warranty, return or exchange, an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. RMAs are a form containing information required to process a return. The fastest way to process an RMA is to login and submit a request in your order history section. Some returns may require additional documentation, including images, for those the best method is to submit a form through the RMA Form Submission Page or email the customer support team.
Once received, it may take 1-3 business days to process. RMA process includes:
- Ensure the item(s) is currently eligible to be returned
- Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form through one of the previously mentioned options
- Email notification is sent when a request decision is made
- Denied Request: Reasons may include missing information or request submitted past the items return window
- Approved Request: An email notification is sent with an RMA Number and return shipping label.
- Package and ship the item(s) using the provided shipping label
No additional charges are added for return shipping with the exception of LTL or oversized items. For additional information on what items don't qualify for free return shipping, please see our Shipping Charges Page.
