At WeekendsEve, our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience, including after order are received. Any purchase from WeekendsEve carries a  30-day hassle-free return policy.


Return Policy:

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items can be exchanged for a similar product up to 45 days from the date of purchase as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee policy. For any returns, please contact Customer Service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the item has been received and inspected, the return is eligible for full store credit, exchange of equal or lesser value, or up to 65% of total returned item(s) amount. In some instances, return shipping costs and up to a 35% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds and/or credit. Common reasons for returns, include:
  • Wrong Item Received: In the event that you received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately and a customer service rep will present the options available.
  • Damaged on Arrival: On occasion, for reasons outside of WeekendsEve control, some packages are damaged in transit. If a package arrives with visible damage, we always advise the first step is to take pictures for documentation, then choose from the following:
    • Unopened Box: If the package arrives showing considerable exterior damage,  please photograph/record then choose from one of the following options:
      • Refuse Shipment: If the package is unacceptable upon arrival, you may refuse and contact the carrier to file a claim. It is always best to Contact Us immediately for documentation and begin processing an alternative solution.
      • Accept Shipment: Accept the package with exterior defects, open the package and see below for further instructions.
    • Opened Box: If the box has been opened and the item shows cosmetic damage, choose from the following:
        • Inspect Item: After photograph/recording the exterior damage, open the box and inspect to ensure item(s) are functional and in acceptable conditions. If no considerable damage, you can choose to keep it. If in unacceptable condition, please Contact Us and the carrier within 5 days of receiving the package to file a claim.
    • Defective Product: As an Authorized Retailer, in most cases, defective products are warrantied. Each manufacturer carries a unique product warranty, for the full list, see the Warranty Page.
    • Exceptions Include:
      • Face masks are considered a *final sale* purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for face masks or face covering items.
      • Clearance items are considered to be a *final sale* purchase.
      • Customized Orders or Special Requests
Additional Restocking Fees: WeekendsEve may charge up to 70% of the order amount in restocking fees for orders flagged from an internal system to be medium or high risk. If an order is flagged, in most cases, an automatic courtesy email will be sent out. Additional information may be provided upon request.
    • Exchanges: Exchanges can be made with select items, including some items that are not under warranty. Exchanges can vary by product type and the items condition. We offer up to 45-days from the original order date to exchange items. Customers may be responsible for return shipping and in some cases, shipping costs both ways. The quickest and easiest way to exchange a product is to Contact Us and a service team member will find the best solution.
