Returns | Exchanges

At WeekendsEve, our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience, including after orders are received. Most purchases carry a  30-day hassle-free return policy.

Return Policy:

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. In addition, as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee policy items can be exchanged for up to 45 days from the delivery date. Users can start a return through the Self-Serve feature when logged into your account, submitting a form from the RMA Page, or email us a request by downloading and filling out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. Return requests are processed by team members in 1-3 business days. Requests approved to proceed will receive an RMA number and additional information. 

Received returned items will be inspected by a team member and can take up to 10 business days to deny or approve the request. Approved returns are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange of equal or lesser value. Be sure to read all return emails and directions in their entirety, including the ship to address. Failure to complete the any of the steps may result in exchange or refund delays. Restocking fees, in most cases, will not exceed up to 35% of the item price. Return shipping costs and restocking fees may be deducted from refunds and/or credits. 

To provide a seamless return process, you can use the following outline on how to proceed with common item return reasons, including:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If a package arrives with visible damage choose from the following:
    • Unopened Box: Package arrives with considerable exterior damage, photograph/record the condition then choose from one of the following options:
      • Refuse Shipment: Packages in unacceptable conditions can be refused by the recipient. At that point, first Contact Us so that we can get additional information and file a claim with the shipping carrier.  and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
      • Accept Shipment: Accept the package with manageable exterior defects, open the package and see Opened Box below for further instructions.
    • Opened Box: If the box has been opened and the item shows cosmetic damage. Photograph the item(s) and packaging. Contact us for documentation and additional information.
      • Defective Product: In most cases, defective products are subject to warranty. To request a part or item is exchanged, you will need to File A Warranty Claim.
      • Exceptions Include:
        • Face masks are considered a *final sale* purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for face masks or face covering items.
        • Clearance items are considered to be a *final sale* purchase.
        • Custom or Special Requests and Orders


    Denied Return Requests:

    Return requests are automatically denied for any of the following reasons:

    • Condition: The item(s) returned are not in the original condition and show damage and/or considerable signs of use.
    • Missing Item(s): The package received is incomplete or missing the item(s) in full
    • Wrong Item: The package received includes an item that was not issued and RMA number 

    In the event a return request is denied after the item was sent in, the customer is responsible for providing a label to have the item returned.

    Additional Restocking Fees: WeekendsEve may charge up to 70% of the order amount in restocking fees for orders flagged from an internal system to be medium or high risk. If an order is flagged, in most cases, an automatic courtesy email will be sent out. Additional information may be provided upon request.
      • Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for any reason on most items up to 45-days from the original delivery date. In order to process an exchange, customers must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request by choosing from one of the following options:


      Start A Return or Exchange Request

      • Return Request*: Login to account, from the the orders section select the 'Return Request' option. The option is displayed next to the 'Buy Again' button for any orders containing eligible items 
      • Form Submission: Submit a claim online on RMA Form Submission Page where images and documentation can be uploaded
      • Email: Download and send in the completed RMA Form to the Customer Support Team

      RMA submissions are typically processed in 1-3 business days. For additional information on how to Start A Return or exchange, please see the RMA Request Page.

      * Images are required to process damaged or defective item claims, which is not currently supported by the Return Request option.


      Refunds are issued to the method of payment used at checkout. Refunds are generally disbursed within 1-5 business days of return approvals. Depending on the financial institution, funds can take up to 10 business days to process.
