Order Status

Order Status:

You can always access My Account for current and previous order information. In addition to email notifications, you can use the Track My Order tool for real-time shipment updates. Once an order is received, you will have access to the following resources and notifications:

Order Confirmation:

An email will be sent to the account used at checkout confirming an order has been placed. If you find the order has been placed in error, Contact us immediately.

Shipment Confirmation:

Once a shipping label has been created, you will be provided the carrier and a tracking number that can be used with the Track My Order tool for real-time shipping updates.

  • Carrier Updates: You can also go on to the carriers website for updates. For text or phone updates, the phone number provided at checkout will be used.

Delivery Confirmation:

When the shipment has been delivered, you will receive an email and/or text confirming the package(s) have been delivered.

Track My Order:

This tool can be used for all WeekendsEve orders, regardless of the carrier. Simply add your order number and email address to receive an order status update.


Any item(s) ordered that cannot be fulfilled within 5 business days will be considered backordered. A detailed email will be sent with instructions, estimated time of fulfillment, and/or similar items available to exchange. Backorders can be cancelled anytime prior to fulfillment.

  • Orders will be placed on backorder list upon confirmation.
  • Orders are NOT automatically placed on backorder list. No response may result in the order being cancelled in full.
  • Delayed estimated fulfillment dates are likely due to uncontrollable external factors WeekendsEve is not responsible for.
