Once an order is placed, an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Due to complications from Covid-19, payments are only authorized at checkout. Payment will be captured, only if the order can be fulfilled within 5 business days. In the event your order in partial, or full, cannot be fulfilled within that timeframe an email will be sent to the email address used at checkout or the associated customer account. A response to the email is required and no action prior to the deadline may result in the order being cancelled in full.
