We work hard to get orders processed and shipped using the fastest methods available. Orders can be cancelled for any reason, for a full refund, before a shipping label is created.
To cancel an order, written notification or confirmation is required to process order cancellations. Once an order has been processed and shipping label is created, cancelling the order may incur a 2-15% processing cancellation fee.
If any order item has shipped, the item shipped can no longer be cancelled and will need to be returned. If any item has shipped and you would like to return, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to refuse the delivery. Some common order cancellation reasons, include:
- Backorders: Any item(s) ordered that cannot be fulfilled within 5 business days will be considered backordered. A detailed email will be sent with instructions, estimated time of fulfillment, and/or similar items available to exchange. For additional information, please see Order Status.
- Partial Shipments: The unfulfilled portion of any order is eligible for cancellation and a refund. If the cancelled item(s) take the total order price below $99, a standard flat rate fee may be deducted from the refund.
